These terms apply to Kul Piksel Yayin ("the app"), a private Windows desktop tool used by the creator of the Kül Piksel science channel to publish the channel's own videos to social platforms.
Use of the app
- The app is for personal use by the channel owner. It is not sold, distributed or offered as a service to other people.
- Only content that the user owns or has the rights to publish may be posted.
- All content posted to TikTok must follow the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The same applies to YouTube and Instagram under their own terms.
Third-party platforms
The app uses official APIs from TikTok, Google (YouTube) and Meta (Instagram). Access is granted by the user through each platform's own login and consent screens and can be revoked at any time from those platforms. The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Google or Meta.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without any warranty. The developer is not liable for failed or delayed uploads, platform outages, or content removed by a platform.
